Create-a-Sex Scandal

Back in 1998, independent counsel Kenneth Starr released a 445-page report on a sex scandal involving President Clinton. We at Attention Deficit Theater are firm believers in recycling. There will always be sex scandals in Washington. Why bother drafting a whole new report for each of these scandals when you can just reuse one of the old ones? That's why we, the environmentally conscious Attention Deficit Theater, have decided to make Create-a-Sex Scandal, which is based on the Kenneth Starr report. Enjoy!
